Workflow Lifecycle

Phase 1: Admin

System Setup

The Admin initializes the ecosystem by issuing secure login credentials to Moderators (Company profiles) and managing their access rights.

Phase 2: Moderator

Scheduling & Config

Moderators add interviewers, upload Coding/SQL problems, define custom grading metrics, and upload student lists. The system then randomly allocates students to interviewers to ensure bias-free panels.

Phase 3: Interviewer

Live Assessment

Interviewers login to see their assigned students. They use the Online Compiler to test code logic against hidden test cases and SQL queries in real-time.

Phase 4: Reporting

Grading & Insights

Interviewers submit final scores, triggering automated "Thank You" emails to students. Moderators can then download comprehensive Bulk Excel Reports of all candidates.
